THREE people were arrested for driving under the influence of drugs.
North Wales Police's West Conwy team said the arrests were made as while officers were carrying out road patrols over the weekend.
The incidents included positive tests and being possession of Class A and Class B drugs.
One driver was arrested after testing positive and in possession of a Class A drug in Colwyn Bay, while another tested positive for a Class A drug and for being in possession of a Class B drug in Old Colwyn.
A third motorist was arrested for driving under the influence and being in possession of a Class B drug in Llandudno, police said.
"The consequences of drug driving can be fatal," an officer said on the NWP West Conwy Facebook group. "Why take the risk?
"We will continue to be out on our roads looking for drink and drug drivers."
