A MACHETE has been seized by police after carrying out drugs search warrants in Conwy.
North Wales Police has executed a number of drugs warrants around the west of Conwy after being informed by residents.
A picture of officers entering a property was shared on the West Conwy Coastal Twitter page.
A person believed to be vulnerable to exploitation by drugs gangs was also referred by officers to receive advice and support.
"We've recently been executing drugs warrants in the local area, thanks to information supplied by the community," police tweeted.
"This resulted in the seizure of a machete, but also a referral to partner agencies, who help people who are vulnerable to exploitation by drugs gangs."
