THE shop at Storiel in Bangor, the museum and art gallery of Gwynedd, has reopened.

But a date is awaited for full opening of the city's museum and gallery.

The shop sells local arts and crafts, including body products, cards. pottery, jewellery and foodstuffs. It will be open from Tuesdays until Saturdays between 11am and 5pm each day.

A spokesperson for Storiel said: “We are waiting for a date to open fully the museum and gallery.

“In the meantime we are putting two exhibitions on line on Saturday April 17. They are: Native Places, drawings, paintings and prints of North Wales Bethesda, Anglesey and the Irish Sea by Darren Hughes and The Cherish Project which demonstrates the work done at coastal sites in Wales which are threatened by climate change.”
