A WOMAN in her late 50s and a man in his 30s were said to be acting "suspiciously" around two dogs in Colwyn Bay.
The incident happened in at Eirias Park.
NWP Community Safety Central post on Facebook on April 29: "We have had a report of suspicious activity in Eirias Park in Colwyn Bay.
"A female was with her two dogs in the park. The dogs were off the lead.
"A female in her late 50s and a male in his late 30s were acting suspiciously around the dogs.
"The owner called her dogs and the suspicious couple left very swiftly.
"If you walk your dogs in this area please be vigilant."
