A 37-year-old man pleaded guilty at Caernarfon crown court to fraud involving £56,824 when he was general manager of a company known as BOCS self-storage.
Nick Keenan, aged 37, of Rowen, Conwy, was given unconditional bail until next month for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
The charge alleges the fraud was for his own benefit and it happened between November 2018 and April 2020.
His barrister Elen Owen said she was hoping the court could draw back from an immediate prison sentence.
