THIS is Alana Spencer's new cafe - looking bold and blue by the paddling pool in Craig Y Don.

The Apprentice winner, who owns and runs Ridiculously Rich by Alana, let fans know in March that she was opening a business in the town.

Giving an update on her Facebook page, the cake maker said: "Llandudno just waiting for signs and lights outside.

"I can't wait for you to see the sign from @neonhome for this one! It's massive!

"Eeek very excited!"

Alana is also opening a cafe in Cardiff.

Speaking about her new base in Llandudno, Alana said: "One is in Llandudno on the seafront. It is a tiny little, very much like the Aberystwyth one, it is sort of a shack. It has got a pool, I think it is a lido actually, what is called an outside pool, and behind that is the sea.

"It is one of the most beautiful locations I've been to see and the prom in Llandudno is just perfect."

Alana won the BBC One's The Apprentice and secured a £250,000 investment from Lord Alan Sugar in 2016.

She went on to create Ridiculously Rich by Alana before launching Ambassador and Cakepreneur schemes.

In October 2019, Ridiculously Rich moved into its first purpose built bakery in Alana’s home town of Aberystwyth.
