A TALACRE man has been fined after he admitted failing to provide a specimen.
Michael Blaney, of Gamfa Wen Road, appeared at Mold Magistrates Court on Monday.
The 27-year-old admitted that on April 12 at St Asaph Custody Facility, when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen of blood for a laboratory test he failed without reasonable excuse to do so.
He was fined £200 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34, as well as £85 costs.
Blaney was disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for three years.
