Men captured on CCTV rummaging through paper recycling in Rhos on Sea

Issuing a warning to the public, NWP Community Safety said on July 7: "Make sure you shred your letters and bank statements before putting them in the recycle bin.

"This could stop you becoming a victim of identity fraud."
