MORE than 280 new cases of covid-19 have been reported across North Wales, health chiefs have said.
Public Health Wales confirmed on Wednesday that 1,135 new cases have been reported across Wales, and one further death.
Of the new cases, 288 were in the Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board area.
There were:
- 73 in Flintshire
- 66 in Denbighshire
- 53 in Wrexham
- 51 in Conwy
- 24 in Gwynedd
- 21 on Anglesey
Public Health Wales confirmed the total number of suspected covid-19 deaths in lab confirmed cases in the Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board area currently stands at 951.
