The manager of a Llandudno Christian bookshop founded on the principles of promoting Fair Trade received flowers, gardening tools, cookery books, and a letter from Janet Finch-Saunders as part of her retirement celebrations.
Pam Kirkham, manager of Kingdom Krafts and Beacon Books for more than 19 years, originally a joint responsibility with Marian Whitaker, who died three years ago, was thanked for her achievements and wished a very long and happy retirement.
Civic dignitaries, shop volunteers, friends, churches members and Welsh Fair Trade Coalition representatives attended the retirement event on June 30.
The Madoc Street shop has a café , sells cards Christian books for adults and children and resources for Churches and schools.
