COLWYN Bay have re-signed striker Mitch Bryant from City of Liverpool FC.

The 30-year-old, a product of the Manchester United Academy, had joined the Seagulls from Runcorn Linnets in the summer of 2019 ahead of the club’s return to Welsh football.

Bryant was top scorer for the Bay in the curtailed 2019/20 Cymru North season with 14 goals and more than a dozen assists from his 26 appearances.

Bryant joined AFC Bury in August 2020 before his switch to City of Liverpool FC in October of the same year.

“Mitch re-joining us now is good news and I'm looking forward to working with him again,” said Bay manager Craig Hogg.

"He was our top scorer on our return season to Welsh football and also led in goal assists.

"I'm sure he will fit well into the group we have now and he will be welcomed by players and fans alike."
