VENUE Cymru staged its first live event since the start of the pandemic on Sunday night.
The popular Llandudno promenade theatre opened with its live audience with Jane McDonald's Let The Light In tour, originally expected to take place in June last year.
The singer, who shot to fame with TV series The Cruise and has since appeared in shows including Loose Women, wowed audiences with a line-up of songs from her new album, which was released on August 24.
It comes after the Welsh Government lifted restrictions on the number of people who can meet at indoor events at the start of August.
The theatre, which has been used as a vaccination centre during the Covid-19 pandemic, had to reschedule more than 500 performances since the introduction of lockdown restrictions last spring.
The theatre’s Box Office reopened on site on September 1 alongside Catlin’s Café Bar, reopened last Wednesday.
Upcoming performances at Venue Cymru include The Rocky Horror Show, starring Ore Oduba from September 13. The theatre’s annual pantomime will also be back in full swing with Aladdin and star John Evans, while hit musical School of Rock is also scheduled before Christmas.
