A MACHETE as been seized by police following an 'altercation' in Llandudno Junction.
North Wales Police said it is investigating the incident involving two men on Conwy Road following reports on Tuesday morning.
A video was circulating on social media of an altercation between two men, during which a machete was "retrieved" by one of those involved.
Police have appealed for witnesses or anyone with information on the incident to come forward.
Police said: "We are aware of a video circulating on Facebook which shows an altercation between two men followed by a machete being retrieved from one of them.
"We were made aware of this incident shortly after 8.30am which happened on Conway Road, Llandudno Junction.
"Officers attended and the machete has now been seized.
"Police enquiries are currently ongoing."
