A man accused of indecently exposing himself and making sexual comments towards two women at Conwy was sentenced to a community order.
Geoffrey Hughes, aged 43, of Pengarth, Conwy, was convicted after a trial of committing a public nuisance last May and continued to deny the offence, magistrates at Llandudno were told.
But defence solicitor Graham Parry said Hughes had since lost his job due to his drinking and needed help. His long-term partner had also left him.
He must undertake alcohol treatment and carry out 200 hours unpaid work under the community order. Hughes also has to pay £200 compensation and £865 costs.
Prosecutor Justin Espie said it had been light and other people were around when Hughes exposed himself.
