Police said the arrest was made on the A55 in Conwy Morfa on Thursday morning.
A 23-YEAR-OLD man has been arrested after driving on the A55 under the influence of cannabis.
North Wales Police said the driver was also found to be disqualified and uninsured after being stopped in Conwy Morfa on Thursday morning.
Police tweeted: "23-year-old man stopped on the A55 westbound at Conwy Morfa at 7.40am today.
"Testing positive for cannabis. Driving whilst disqualified. Driving with no insurance. What could go wrong?
"Driver arrested and car seized."
