A LLANDUDNO man has been convicted of driving without a licence and insurance in Merseyside.
Andrew Barber, 48, of Ormeside, Penrhynside, was caught by Mersey Tunnels Police while driving on the Kingsway Tunnel on June 16.
He was found without a licence or insurance covering the use of the vehicle, a Renault Kangoo.
The verdict was proved in absence after Barber failed to appear at Merseyside Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, October 27.
His sentencing was adjourned to consider a driving disqualification at Wirral Magistrates Court in December.
