CLARKS in Colwyn Bay will close next year.
The store, in the Bay View Shopping Centre, will shut on January 15 2022.
Colwyn Bay is a Franchise store. Franchisee is John Taylor, managing director of R. Roberts and Son (Warrington) Ltd and T/A Clarks Shoes Franchise.
He said: "As Franchisees we took over the store 11 years ago from Clark’s Retail but sadly it is no longer viable and must close at the end of our lease in January.
"We have three other stores in Wales: Llandudno, Prestatyn and Wrexham
"We hope to continue to support our many customers across our other North Wales Stores stores."
In November 2020, a rescue deal was approved for Clarks shoe shops.
Landlords of the shoe brand agreed a plan which allowed the struggling chain to pay no rent on many of its stores.
