OVER 2,000 new Covid-19 cases have been reported throughout Wales in the latest Public Health Wales (PHW) figures.
In the latest statistics released by PHW on January 21, a total of 2,427 cases have been confirmed in Wales.
389 of those cases were in North Wales and these can be broken down county-by-county to:
Wrexham - 103
Flintshire - 79
Conwy - 60
Gwynedd - 52
Denbighshire - 50
Anglesey - 45
Sadly, a further 11 deaths have also been recorded in the latest round of figures. This takes the total suspected Covid-19 related deaths in Wales since figures began to 6,763.
The figures also show that 1,800,848 have now had their booster jab throughout Wales.
