NOW in its 42nd year of business, the Conwy-based CRL Group, a family-run refrigeration and air conditioning service, maintenance and installation company, is showing no signs of slowing down, having recently unveiled its new tool and fixings store.
Based at the company’s headquarters, on the new Conwy Morfa enterprise park, the CRL Store is on hand to meet all of your hardware needs, stocking a range of reputable brands such as DeWalt, Timco, Stanley, Makita, and many more.
The store opened in late January, following a “soft opening” ceremony which saw Conwy mayor cut the ribbon, and service manager Loren Taylor said this new branch of the business ranks as one of its landmark moments.
Loren said: “We couldn't narrow it down to one single proudest moment. We continue to be proud of every person that has worked so hard to build the CRL Group from the start.
“That is in all four of our divisions (Clwyd Refrigeration, CRL Store, CRL Plant & Tool Hire, CRL Building Contractors).
“We are so thankful to the staff, the community, our friends and family for all of their efforts from start to where we are now.”
As well as constantly looking to expand its range of products, the store is also establishing itself as a place of respite, having partnered with mental health charity Conwy Mind as part of the “It Takes Balls to Talk” initiative.
This encourages more people to discuss their feelings, and feel comfortable in doing so, and Loren and the team have made sure the store is packed with advice leaflets and helpful contact numbers to help anyone struggling.
She added: “We have a key cutting facility, a wide range of plants including diggers, dumpers and crushers for rent, and will be stocking wood very soon.
“We also work very closely with Conwy Mind, and have a large range of contact information and self help-leaflets, along with a coffee machine, if anyone wants to come in for a chat.”
Whether it’s hardware or headspace that you find yourself in need of, then, the CRL Store ensures that help is at hand in Conwy.
