A MAN from Llandudno is to pay more than £200 after he was caught speeding in the town last year.
Samuel Perry, aged 39, of Abbey Road, was found to be exceeding a 20mph restriction on Trinity Avenue, Llandudno on August 9, 2021.
Mr Perry was found guilty of the offence at Mold Magistrates’ Court on March 1.
He was fined £107, as well as being ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34, and additional costs of £90.
This amounted to a total of £231, of which he was ordered to pay £20 per month commencing March 29.
Mr Perry also received three penalty points on his driving licence.
He also appeared in court accused of failing to provide police with information regarding the driver of a vehicle alleged to have been guilty of an offence, but this was withdrawn.
