A MAN caught with heroin and crack cocaine valued at £1,800 as he left a block of flats at Llandudno was jailed for four-and-a-half years today.
Ryan Holland, 31, of Borough Road, Seacombe, Wallasey, claimed he wasn’t knowingly part of a county lines conspiracy.
But he pleaded guilty to possessing drugs with intent to supply.

Judge Rhys Rowlands at Caernarfon crown court said there were “repeated breaches” of court orders on Holland’s record.
Prosecutor Ryan Rothwell said packages of drugs were in Holland’s boxer shorts and he had £2,140.
John Hedgecoe, defending, said Holland had moved back to Wallasey and was off cocaine. But he used cannabis.
Holland had been held by police in January last year.
