A DEMONSTRATION of voice healing will be held in Llandudno by a clairvoyant and special guest.
John Starkey will be joined by the composer, Professor Derek Barnes, at 74a Church Walks, Llandudno on May 28 and 29, as part of Llandudno Spiritual Music Healing Development Weekend.
During the workshop weekend, through explanation, demonstration and one-to-one sessions, Professor Barnes will share his knowledge and skills gained by many years working as an international voice coach and sound healer.
His personal exploration of the techniques of sound healing and those of world cultures through the medium of voice has led him to develop a unique approach to this field.
Professor Barnes is a vocal specialist, composer, arranger, conductor and musical director, and has worked in 15 countries as well as the West End and National Theatre in London.
He also lectures and demonstrates on the use and therapeutic effects of sound in healing, and is director and originator of the SoundPower series of workshops on voice, sound and consciousness.

He has presented lectures and workshops at the Sir Arthur Conan Doyle Centre, Edinburgh and the College Of Psychic Studies, South Kensington.
He is also a member of the National Federation of Spiritual Healers.
