THIS Sunday (June 5) will see a music event on Llandudno’s Promenade as part of the Queen’s Jubilee celebrations.

Fundraisers and volunteers at Llandudno Lifeboat Station are eagerly anticipating the upcoming Party on the Prom event at the North Shore Bandstand, with donations from visitors going to the RNLI.

Sue Perkins, Chairperson of the Fundraising Team, said: “Months of planning and hard work has been going on.

“We are very excited about the programme taking place between 11am and 5pm.

“The RNLI team are very grateful to the local DJ Ian Turner for his help as well as the fantastic bands and musicians.

“Hopefully, visitors coming to Llandudno for the Platinum Jubilee will enjoy all of the music and will donate generously to the RNLI, and help us save lives at sea.”
