A MET Office yellow warning for thunderstorms has been issued for regions of North Wales.

The warning is in place from 12-10pm today (Thursday, June 30).

The Met Office says thunderstorms developing will lead to disruption in a few places.

Conwy, Denbighshire and Gwynedd are among the regions likely to be affected.

The Met Office’s warning added: “Heavy showers will develop through the morning with isolated thunderstorms during the afternoon and evening.
