A MAN from Conwy has been banned from the roads and fined after he was found guilty of driving while disqualified.
Jonathon Gibbons, 52, of Brookside Close, Penmaenmawr, was accused of driving a Volkswagen Golf vehicle on Conwy’s High Street on April 25 while disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence.
He pleaded guilty at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on June 22.

Mr Gibbons was disqualified from driving again, for 98 days.
He was also fined £250, and ordered to pay costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £85, and a £34 victim surcharge.
This made a total of £369, which he will pay in monthly instalments of £25 from July 20.
