THE final touches are being added to the Dylan’s store in Conwy ahead of its opening this weekend.
The store is set to open on Saturday, 9 July, as part of expansion plans to create up to 30 jobs, including the development of the building’s first and second floors and open a fourth restaurant, 'Dylan's Conwy'.
This store will join the business’ other store in Menai Bridge, as well as the award-winning waterside restaurants in Menai Bridge, Criccieth and Llandudno,
Located at the former site of Drew Pritchard’s Antiques on Conwy High Street, the original project will create up to ten jobs, with plans to create 30 in total.
A statement from Dylan’s said: “We're putting the final touches to our new store in Conwy!
“Everything is coming together and we're thrilled. The frontage, the counters, the window displays, decorations - it's all progress.
“Produce and stock is beginning to hit the shelves and fridges and our wonderful new team have been through training with Rowan and Lisa yesterday too.
“At a time when high streets are widely considered to be in decline, we jumped at the opportunity to join what is already a wonderful high street community and safeguard the future of this stunning building and its shopfront for many more years to come.
“We're excited to be opening soon!”
The Conwy store will serve and stock a broad range of freshly made goods from their chefs and bakers, as well as excellent North Wales produce, like in Menai Bridge.
With over 600 lines of products, it is proving to be a busy week for the people behind the scenes as excitement builds for the store’s unveiling.
