A MAN from Colwyn Bay has been handed a suspended sentence after he was found guilty of breaching his criminal behaviour order.

Richard Davies, 51, of Parciau Close, Old Colwyn, was accused of using abusive or threatening language and of possessing an open container of alcohol, which he was prohibited from doing by the order.

This was on Gloddaeth Avenue, Llandudno on June 11.
