A MAN has been banned from the roads and fined after he pleaded guilty to committing three offences while driving in Dyserth.
Aaron Bellis-Whitworth, 25, of Bryn Garth, Holywell, was accused of the following while driving a Volkswagen Polo vehicle on Meliden Road on July 20:
• Driving without a licence.
• Driving without third party insurance.
• Driving with 44 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath.
Bellis-Whitworth pleaded guilty to all three offences at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on August 8.

He was disqualified from driving for 12 months, though this will be reduced by 13 weeks should he complete an obligatory course by March 8, 2023.
The court fined him £460, and ordered him to pay a £112 victim surcharge and £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.
This amounted to a total payment of £657, which Bellis-Whitworth is to pay in weekly, £100 instalments from August 22.
