A MAN from Llandudno is to undertake unpaid work and pay compensation after pleading guilty to committing assault in the town.
Callum Roberts, 21, of Bryn Seiriol, Llanrhos, was accused of assaulting Richard Williams by beating him on March 26.
He pleaded guilty at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on August 31.
Roberts was ordered to complete 150 hours of unpaid work, and a maximum of 10 days’ rehabilitation activity, by August 30, 2023.
He is also to pay £250 in compensation, £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service and a £95 victim surcharge.
This totalled £430, which Roberts will pay in monthly, £50 instalments from September 21.
