Kyle Thomas, 29, of Maenan, was accused of resisting Acting Police Sergeant Evans while acting in the execution of her duty at Llys Colwyn, Colwyn Bay on May 15.
He pleaded guilty at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on August 31.
Thomas was fined £40, and ordered to pay costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £85 and a victim surcharge of £34.
This amounted to a total of £159, which he will pay as a full lump sum within 28 days.
An application was also made for deductions from Thomas’ benefits, at his own request.
