A MAN from Colwyn Bay has been jailed after breaching his criminal behaviour order while a suspended sentence issued to him was still operational.
Richard Davies, 51, of Parciau Close, Old Colwyn, was accused of using foul and offensive language in Colwyn Bay on August 25.
He was prohibited from doing so by a criminal behaviour order made by Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on October 11, 2019.

Davies pleaded guilty at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on September 12.
The court sentenced Davies to 44 weeks’ imprisonment.
