A MAN from Abergele has been handed unpaid work after pleading guilty to threatening behaviour towards another person at a pub in Colwyn Bay.
Leigh Murray, 40, of Ffordd Gwelfryn, was accused of threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, with the intent to cause David Humphreys harassment, alarm or distress.
This was at The Station pub on Station Road on August 6.
He pleaded guilty at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on September 12.
Murray was ordered to complete 140 hours of unpaid work by September 11, 2023.
In addition, he will pay compensation of £200, and costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £85.
This totalled £285.
