A WOMAN has been banned from the roads and fined after pleading guilty to drink-driving in Llandudno.
Hayley Limbert, 34, of Brierley Green, Buxworth, was accused of driving a white BMW vehicle on Mostyn Street with 53 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath on August 27.
The legal limit is 35 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath.
She pleaded guilty at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on September 14.
Limbert was disqualified from driving for three years.
The court also ordered her to pay a £600 fine, as well as a £240 victim surcharge, and £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.
This totalled £925, which Limbert is to pay in full by October 12.
