A RESIDENT of Llandudno has been ordered to pay in excess of £300 after pleading guilty to cannabis possession.
Tayo Lundstram-Martins, 19, of Attlee Close, was accused of possessing the Class B drug in Colwyn Bay on September 19.
Lundstram-Martins was found guilty at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on October 5.
The court ordered Lundstram-Martins to pay a fine of £175, costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £85, and a victim surcharge of £70.
This amounted to a total of £330, to be paid in monthly instalments of £100 from October 21.
The cannabis was also ordered to be forfeited and destroyed.
