LLANDUDNO FC’S game against Gresford Athletic tomorrow has been moved to the opposing team’s ground due to health and safety issues with an area of the pitch.

The pitch at the OPS Wind Arena was inspected by UEFA and the FAW, who informed the club there was a “slight health and safety issue in one area of the pitch”.

Due to this, the game tomorrow, which was scheduled to kick off at 2.30pm, has been moved to Gresford’s Clappers Lane ground.

The club said they were working with FAW to resolve the problem.

“We've all agreed that this weekend’s fixture will be moved to Gresford.

“Everyone involved at the football club along with the FAW are working tirelessly to get the underlying issues resolved.

“Myself, the board, Sean Eardley and his men will look forward to see travelling fans at Gresford tomorrow.

“Further information will be released soon.”
