This exceeded the legal limit of 35 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath.

He was found guilty at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on October 3, having pleaded not guilty on August 17.

The court also ordered him to pay costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £620, and a £165 victim surcharge.

This amounted to a total of £1,197, to be paid in monthly, £300 instalments from November 1.
