After watching some of the rally in Llanrwst, Mrs Finch-Saunders said: “It was fantastic to hear the chorus of sounds coming from the cars.

“The noise was echoing across the Conwy Valley which provided a unique backdrop to the thrill that many were experiencing upon seeing the vehicles.

“I was pleased to join with people of all generations to watch some of the drivers in Llanrwst.

“It was great to see our community get behind the event, and an honour for Conwy County to host one of the best rallies in the United Kingdom.

“The Cambrian team should be proud of what they have achieved. Their incredible event is yet another amazing reason why people should visit Aberconwy.”
