A MAN from Llandudno was fined after he was found guilty of breaching his restraining order.
Kevin Cox, 38, of Ffordd Dulyn, was accused of attending another address in Llandudno and shouting through the door to Rita Cox on November 21.
He was prohibited from doing so by a restraining order imposed by Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on March 6, 2014.
Cox was found guilty at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on November 22.
The court ordered Cox to pay a fine of £80, costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £85, and a victim surcharge of £32.
This totalled £197, to be paid in monthly, £24 instalments from January 20, 2023.
An application was made for deductions from his benefits.
