A WOMAN was left hospitalised after a crash in Llandudno last week.

North Wales Police (NWP) is appealing for witnesses to the incident, which took place outside the Manor Hotel on the evening of Thursday, December 1.

The woman, in her 60s, was said to have been hit by a car, which then left the scene.

Anyone with information which could assist the police’s investigation has been encouraged to contact the force.

NWP West Conwy Coastal said: “We are appealing for witnesses following a road traffic collision in Llandudno.

“Shortly after 8.50pm on Thursday, December 1, we received a report by the Welsh Ambulance Service of a collision involving a car and a pedestrian outside the Manor Hotel on Craig-y-Don Parade.

“The car, which left the scene of the incident, is described to have been a newer white Toyota Aygo or Yaris.

“The pedestrian, a woman in her 60s, was taken to hospital.

“Anyone who witnessed the incident, or anybody who was driving in the area at the time and who may have dash cam footage, is asked to get in touch via the website, or on 101, using reference number 22000885565.”
