EMERGENCY services have been called to an "incident" in Llandudno.
Police officers and the ambulance service were called to Llandudno promenade this afternoon.
North Wales Police said officers are there to assist the Wales Air Ambulance crews with "an incident they are dealing with". The force added that it could not give out any further information.
A spokesperson for the Welsh Ambulance Service said crews were dealing with a "medical incident".
