A MAN was ordered to pay in excess of £250 after being found guilty of speeding on a motorway.
Timothy Gull, 61, of Ty'n Y Coed Road, was accused of driving a vehicle on the M4 in South Gloucestershire on November 7, 2021 at a speed of 80mph, exceeding the 70mph limit.
He pleaded guilty at Bath Magistrates’ Court on January 3.
Gull was ordered to pay a £123 fine, a £34 victim surcharge, and costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £110.
This totalled £267, to be paid by January 31.
His driving record also received three penalty points.
