A MAN from Colwyn Bay is to undertake unpaid work after admitting to criminal damage to property in the town.
Joseph Jones, 35, of Grange Road, was accused of damaging windows belonging to Victoria Dyke on January 20.
He pleaded guilty on January 21.
At Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on January 30, Jones was ordered to complete 80 hours’ unpaid work by July 29, 2024.
The court ordered him to complete a 35-day programme, and a maximum of 10 days’ rehabilitation activity.
He will pay costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £85, and a £114 surcharge.
This totalled £199, to be paid as a full lump sum within 28 days.
An application was made for deductions from his benefits.
