A MAN from Rhos-on-Sea was fined after pleading guilty to threatening behaviour.
Russell Cassidy, 51, of Victor Wilde Drive, was accused of using threatening or abusive behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress at North Wales Police’s headquarters in Colwyn Bay on December 30, 2022.
He pleaded guilty at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on February 1.
Cassidy was ordered to pay a fine of £40, a surcharge of £16, and costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £85.
This made a total payment of £141, to be paid in full by March 29.
