LLANDUDNO Junction FC’s ground has been subject to vandalism for “weeks”, including graffiti and signage damage.

Damage to the signage and graffiti in the dugout have left the club “very disappointed”, and will now have to be repaired at cost to the club.

The club also said that they collect at least two bin bags full of rubbish every week.

They have urged those responsible to come forward, but believe any names written during the vandalism are not involved in the damage.

A Llandudno Junction FC spokesperson said: “As a club we are still very disappointed with the damage caused at the ground.

“We can now confirm we do have CCTV of five males and a female from Sunday afternoon, this footage will be passed to North Wales Police.

“I would urge those involved to contact us before the police knock on your door as it will happen.

“We can also confirm we have no reason to believe the names written during this vandalism are in anyway involved in this damage.”

North Wales Police were approached for comment.
