AN END terrace hotel on Llandudno's seafront has gone on the market at a guide price of £650,000.

The freehold of the 22-bedroom hotel, on Craig Y Don Parade, is up for sale with leisure property specialists Fleurets.

The accommodation boasts 20 en-suite bedrooms, a public bar and dining area, a patio garden to the front with sea views as well as a private garden.

It has also recently undergone major roof repairs.

Lesley Watmough, Divisional Director of Fleurets North West, said: "The property has been closed for a little while now, so some of the areas do require an upgrade/refurbishment/decoration, however our clients have recently invested in major roof repairs.

“There is real scope to make this a profitable business once the rooms are brought up to standard.

"The location of the Manor Hotel lends itself well to capitalise off the tourist trade and it also offers a great base to explore North Wales."

The business was first purchased by the current vendors in 2016 who then went on to lease the hotel out in 2018.

The hotel then closed and has not been trading.

The vendors own a number of other hotels in the Derbyshire area and have made a decision to sell the Manor Hotel as it sits outside their "core portfolio".
