THE BUILDING occupied by Mountain Warehouse in Llandudno has gone on the market for almost £1million.
The 74 Mostyn Street site is home to one of the more than 300 of the outdoor retailer’s stores, selling equipment for hiking, camping, skiing, cycling, running and fitness.
The property is now on the market with estate agent St David’s Commercial, for a price of £935,000 plus VAT.

Described as a “superb investment property”, Mountain Warehouse is four years into a 10-year lease which ends in 2029 (which the chain may choose to renew).
The building boasts a ground floor which extends to 270.94 square metres, as well as first floor office space and a lift shaft that extends to some 437 square feet.
St David’s Commercial said of the property: “Superb investment property let to Mountain Warehouse on a full, repairing and insuring lease from 1st July 2019, on a 10-year lease term at a passing rent of £75,000 per annum plus VAT.”
