A MAN who failed to comply with the requirements of his post-custodial supervision in Colwyn Bay has returned to jail.

Michael Hender, 38, of no fixed abode, was sentenced to two weeks’ imprisonment at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on September 29.

The court heard that, on September 26, Hender displayed “aggressive and inappropriate behaviour” at the Colwyn Bay probation office, on Conway Road.

This put him in breach of one of the conditions of his post-custodial supervision – “to be of good behaviour and not to undermine the purpose of your supervision”.

Hender, who had also exhibited previous non-compliance with probation, admitted the breach in court on the day he was jailed.
