A WHOLESALE retailer building in Llandudno Junction has gone on the market, after being owned by the same company for 75 years.
The 2 Glan-y-Mor Road site, which has been an electrical wholesale site for several years, is for sale with estate agent St David’s Commercial for a freehold price of £210,000.
The property has been owned by DR Property 1928 Ltd since 1948, and this is the first time it has gone on the market.

It is located in a “very popular trading location” adjacent to a Lidl supermarket, and is a total 1,798 square feet in size, with storage space extending to 742 square feet.
St David’s Commercial said of the site: “Viewing by appointment only.
“The property has been an electrical wholesales/retailers and has been in same ownership since 1948.
“This is the first time it has come to the market.”
