A BOY from Llandudno has won Britain in Bloom’s ‘Young Champion Award’ for his work helping Llandudno’s entry.

Ben Jones, a student from Llandudno, was part of the Llandudno in Bloom team that achieved a Gold standard for the town in this year’s event.

Young Ben has been recognised with a Young Champion Award for his exceptional commitment and dedication to the Britain in Bloom cause in Llandudno.

While at primary school, Ben started a gardening club, as well as maintaining the floral displays at the school’s entrance.
