A stretch of the A470 near Llanrwst has been closed in both directions due to a collision.
Reports say that traffic is coping well despite the closure from the incident from Bryn Rhydd turn off (Pentre-Tafarn-Y-Fedw) to Cadair Ifan Goch turn off (Maenan)
A spokesperson for North Wales Police said: “The A470 between Tal y Cafn and Llanrwst is closed in both directions due to a road traffic collision. Please use other route.”
Traffic Wales said: “#A470 - Road Closed in both directions between Tal y Cafn and Llanrwst following an incident.
“Emergency services on scene. Road closed until further notice.”
Neither the North Wales Fire and Rescue Service nor the Welsh Ambulance Service are in attendance.
As of 9pm, the road remains closed.
